Welcome to SieteTriangulos. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We ask that you read them carefully before completing your order.

  1. Handmade products and no return policy

    All our products are madeby handand manufacturedto order. Due to the personalized nature of our work:

    • We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchangesfor incorrect purchases, errors in selecting a product, or modifications after the order.

    • We do not have available inventory; each piece is made exclusively for each customer.

    • Cancelling an order incurs high costs that a small business like ours cannot absorb.

    2. We ask that you carefully review your purchase before confirming payment.

    Shipping and insurance

    All shipments includeinsuranceagainst damage or loss.

    • In case you receive a damaged, incomplete product, or if your package was not delivered, it is essential that you contact uswithin the first 24 hoursafter delivery.

    • You must send us clear evidence (photos and video of the packaging and the product) to initiate the claim process with the shipping company.

    • After this time, we will not be able to provide any support, as courier companies do not accept reports outside the indicated period.

    3. Variations in natural stone products

    Our products are made withnatural stone, a material that presents unique and unrepeatable variations in:

    • Tone

    • Veins

    • Texture

    4. These characteristics are inherent to the material andare not considered defects. We always work to ensure that the final product is as true to the photographs shown as possible, but we do not accept claims for natural differences in the material.

    Payment processors

    Transactions are carried out through secure external payment processors. It is important to consider that:

    • Each payment platform has itsown policies and review times.

    • Wedo not directly processpayments, refunds, or identity verifications.

    • If any issues arise with billing, duplication, hold, or validation, you should contact the payment service provider directly.

    • We are happy to guide you and provide evidence or necessary information to facilitate the process.

    5. Production times

    Since each piece is handcrafted:

    • Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the product and the volume of orders.

    • Estimated times are provided at the time of purchase, but they may change due to external factors or delays in material availability.

    6. Customer information

    The customer is responsible for providing:

    • Correct and complete shipping address

    • Valid contact information

    • Proper selection of the product (size, model, color, variations, etc.)

    7. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

    International shipping and import duties

    For purchases withinternational shipping, the customer is responsible for covering any costs related to:

    • Import duties

    • Customs taxes

    • Additional fees or chargesapplied by their country

    8. These amountsare not includedin the product price or shipping cost. Fees may vary depending on the country and are determined directly by therelevant customs authority, not by our store.

    It is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves about the import laws and requirements in their country before making a purchase.
