The normal manufacturing time is 3 business days; however, please consider up to 7 days plus shipping time. We will always do our best to ensure timely delivery to our valued customers.

If you do not see a shipping cost, it is because the product is too heavy to be shipped via regular courier. Therefore, upon completing your purchase, we will contact you, or you can send your address via chat, WhatsApp, email, or text message to quote a consolidated shipment (LTL).
Why are there other options at a lower cost?
All our products are made with natural stone, they will not peel, fade, or crack; in fact, they could last generations in your outdoor oasis, and develop that aged tone with moss. You may feel confused seeing similar products at a fraction of the price. Please note that materials and labor are the most expensive. Our products are hand-cut from natural blocks of volcanic stone and natural stone, not poured or cast with acrylic, resin, concrete, cement, stone dust, or anything else.
Note: As this is a handmade product made from natural stone, there are variations in the designs, which can range from the tone of the stone (as it is extracted from nature, it is not always exact) to the finish of the piece due to any imperfections in the stone itself. However, we make our best effort to maintain the line and improve with each new piece. Dear foreign customers , we inform you that our prices are in MXN (Mexican pesos).
